Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an assignment to ZUKA Fleur, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Confidentiality
All documents and content submitted are treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any content to third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. assigned translator/interpreter) or as required by law.
Turnaround Times
Published turnaround times are standard estimates. Complex or high-volume assignments may require additional time. We will communicate any deviation from quoted deadlines before accepting the assignment.
Quality & Revisions
We guarantee one free revision round within 7 days of delivery. Revisions resulting from a change in scope or requirements after assignment acceptance are billable.
Payment
Invoices are due within 30 days of delivery. Late payments accrue interest at 2% per month. Certified interpretation fees are non-refundable once the certified stamp has been applied.
